At VANZA, we want you to feel confident and excited about your purchase. We have designed our policies to be fair, transparent, and easy to understand.

 

Shipping Policy

 

Processing Time

  • Please allow 1-3 business days for our team to pick, pack, and prepare your order.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Estimates

  • USA: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $50. For orders under $50, a flat rate of $4.95 applies.

    • Estimated Delivery: 5-8 business days after processing.

  • International: Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location.

    • Estimated Delivery: 7-14 business days.

    • Note: International customers are responsible for any customs or import duties that may apply.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update.


 

Return & Refund Policy

 

We offer a 30-Day "Love It or Leave It" Guarantee. If you aren't completely satisfied with your piece, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns To ensure a full refund, items must be:

  1. Unworn and unused: No scratches, signs of wear, or resized links.

  2. In original packaging: Must include the original Vanza box and pouch.

  3. initiated within 30 days: The return request must be made within 30 days of delivery.

Note: For hygienic reasons, earrings are final sale unless they arrived damaged.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at [Your Support Email, e.g., support@vanzastore.com] with your Order # and reason for return.

  2. We will send you a return shipping label and instructions.

  3. Return Shipping Cost:

    • Defective/Wrong Item: We cover 100% of the return shipping cost.

    • Change of Mind/Size: We will deduct the cost of the return shipping label (approx. $5-$8) from your final refund amount. This helps us keep our prices fair for everyone.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item (usually within 2 business days).

  • If approved, your refund will be automatically applied to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exchanges

  • Need a different size? The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damages and Issues

  • Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can make it right.


 

A Note on Our Charity Pledge

 

At Vanza, we donate 10% of proceeds to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital®.

  • If you return an item: The donation associated with that specific sale is canceled, as the "proceeds" no longer exist.

  • Rest assured: This does not affect our total commitment. We calculate our final donation based on net sales (Total Sales minus Returns) to ensure we are donating a sustainable and honest amount.
